How do I arrange a return?

How do I obtain a copy invoice/receipt?
To receive a copy of an invoice/receipt, including the VAT breakdown of any purchase, please email us and you will be emailed a copy by return.
How do I cancel or amend an order?
You can cancel or amend an order before it is dispatched by emailing us or calling 0800 133 77 55. Once it has been dispatched, see our returns policy. Consumers keep their legal right to cancel after delivery.

We do not see or capture any of your card information. That is between your bank and ours – via Stripe – and no-one else.
