We accept returns of eligible goods within 14 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.
Returning unwanted goods

Goods must be unused, complete and in a resaleable condition, subject to applicable consumer rights.

Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for return carriage.

Original delivery charges are not refunded on voluntary business returns.

Bespoke, made-to-measure and personalised goods cannot normally be returned unless faulty.

We do not charge restocking fees.

Return carriage charges
Free delivery does not mean free returns. Orders qualifying for free delivery over £200 ex VAT are still subject to return carriage charges.
Customers can arrange their own return courier or return goods to our Wetherby trade counter.
Where we agree to arrange collection, the following indicative charges apply:

Additional charges may apply depending on weight, dimensions and location. We will confirm the charge before arranging collection.
These indicative costs also provide guidance for returns of oversized goods that cannot normally be sent by post. Customers using their own courier should check its charges before ordering.
Business purchases and consumer rights
Purchases made wholly or mainly for business purposes are not covered by statutory consumer cancellation rights. A company name on the billing address may indicate a business purchase, but the purpose of the purchase determines which rights apply.
Consumers generally have 14 days after delivery to cancel an eligible online purchase and a further 14 days to return it. Return carriage is normally at the consumer's expense, provided the legally required cost information was given before purchase. Standard outward delivery charges are refunded where required by law, and refunds are processed within statutory deadlines. A returns reference is not required to exercise statutory cancellation rights.
Faulty or incorrectly supplied goods
If goods are faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied, please contact us promptly. We will arrange an appropriate resolution and cover return costs where required by law.
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.
